No stand builder is offered to you after submitting your project? Some of the criteria you have entered need to be reviewed (often the budget). You can return to your stand project to modify certain criteria.

I am contacted by an exhibitor, what should I do?

You have just been selected by an exhibitor as part of their stand project, well done!
Allostand gives you access to essential information about the stand project (stand size, budget, expected assignments, schedule, location, etc.). If you are interested in the project, we suggest you purchase the "lead" in order to access the full brief as well as the exhibitor's contact details.
You can then contact him directly to arrange a meeting and work on a proposal.

How much does it cost ?

Registration to the Allostand platform is free.

The stand builder pays Allostand service fees (between 2% and 6% of the budget declared by the exhibitor) for any stand project that he carries out following a connection initiated on the platform.

A subscription to the service can be taken out by stand builders to benefit from reduced service costs.

Your profile criteria do not match the specifications submitted by exhibitors. We invite you to complete your profile as much as possible or modify certain criteria: have you downloaded the photos of your latest designs? Is your area of ​​intervention relevant given your minimum budget? Is the presentation of your company sufficiently complete and customer / exhibitor oriented?

I received a request from an exhibitor but cannot honor it, what should I do?

Do you have to refuse the solicitation of an exhibitor as part of his stand project for planning reasons? Budgetary reasons? You just have to refuse the lead on your personal space.
Allostand is an anonymous platform, so the exhibitor will not know which provider has refused a connection.

How long does it take to activate my account?

All stand builder accounts are checked and then validated by the Allostand team to ensure maximum visibility with exhibitors. We are committed to validating your account or contacting you again within 72 hours of your registration. The more complete your profile, the more likely you are to be contacted by exhibitors with relevant stand projects.
